Originally developed for food and drink industries our high-quality gravity rollers are now in use across a wide range of industry sectors where light to medium loading is required.
Our gravity rollers are available in either polished stainless steel, food quality Polypropylene or food quality blue PVC plastic. All conveyor gravity rollers are fitted with stainless steel shafts, springs (where required) and stainless steel/PVC plastic gravity roller bearings. This ensures the highest quality standards and maintenance-free operation.
Every gravity roller is made exactly to customer specification and tested for smooth running before being cleaned and packed for dispatch. Thousands of our plastic and steel gravity rollers are now in operation and as a result of our attention to detail are providing consistent high performance for their end-user operators.
Additionally, through the use of machine grooved Polypropylene inserts stainless steel gravity rollers can be adapted to accommodate drive and slave bands for driven roller applications.
In more demanding conveyor applications where smaller diameter gravity rollers are required then precision gravity rollers can accommodate loads that exceed the capabilities of conventional rollers by the fitting of precision bearings.
