We are a family owned and run business with an excellent reputation with the roller industry. Here at Conveyor Accessories Supplies we take a great pride in our ability to design and manufacture both ‘off the shelf’ and bespoke solutions for the most demanding of applications. We have a particular expertise in conveyor rollers and levelling feet for the food, drink, packaging and similar industries.
We provide the roller and feet requirements for hundreds of original equipment manufacturers and many industrial distribution networks, with the vast majority of our business growth generated by repeat demand and customer referrals.
In support of our customers, we do not manufacturer conveyors, just the rollers.
Our objective
Our objective is to continually develop, manufacture and supply an expanding product portfolio that provides the best solutions for our customers’ needs, whilst maintaining quality and service standards that regularly exceed expectations.
Our customer service
All enquiries are targeted to be answered within 4 hours of receipt and orders are typically supplied within 2/3 working days of the initial request. Where a more urgent requirement for an emergency supply arises, we endeavour to dispatch the same day that we receive the order and have helped many customers to resolve their immediate breakdown problems in this way.
All products are inspected, cleaned and correctly packed before dispatch for next day delivery or earlier if required.
